Why I Do This Work
I moved to the United States at 27 and had to rebuild my career from the ground up—without a clear roadmap or sense of direction.
That experience shaped the way I understand transition, growth, and what it really takes to start over.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked in different industries, supporting leaders and teams through change, complexity, and growth. I’ve seen how much of leadership comes down to behavior—how we think, communicate, and show up.
Today, I support leaders and professionals navigating transition and growth, with a focus on behavioral change and cross-cultural leadership.
My work is grounded, thoughtful, and personal. I create a space where you can reflect, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
